Is anyone planning to videotape the upcoming public meetings hosted by the US Army Corps of Engineers and Sasaki Associates? If so, please contact me at webmaster@CharlestonWaterfrontNow.org or respond here if you would like to have your video posted on this web site.

ZQW2007: I hope you had a chance to attend the meeting tonight in person - it was quite interesting. A couple of the local TV stations were there, as well as a couple of newspaper reporters - as soon as their stories are published, we'll try to get copies posted on this site.

In the meantime, if anyone wants to record the upcoming meeting with Sasaki Associates next week (sure to be well attended), please post a response to this thread - we'll be happy to give you full credit in exchange for allowing us to post your video on this site. If you do commercial video work, we'll even mention your business and post a link to your web site!

I'm sorry that we are yet again, going to loose another resident of our city.

To answer your question about video taping these meetings, I am working on the issue right now and hope that I can get this scheduled this weekend.

If you have some ideas or opinions about this concept and cannot make it to the meetings then please send them to me and I will gladly take those to the meetings.

One of the reasons for this site is to allow people who have very busy lives to have an opinion when they cannot make the meetings.

I would be glad to be of assistance to you in the future.
