| Now that the CSX Walking Trail is too costly, let's recycle the materials and concentrate the revenues to the Slack Plaza project, street repair, and look to Parks & Rec. Dept. for a really nice trail at Cato Park. There are other parts of this overall concept that could be started, requiring less money. |
