| the 3 lane approachto the blvd. is the best yet. One east & one west lane with a center turn lane is really all that is needed. With traffic lights at the main north/south intersections with walk signals to insure the crossing safety of people accessing the waterfront park areas would be great. Especially in front of the Union Building would make that area more safe for users of that building. The small boat docks would serve two purposes, access to the water edge and the boating community. ADA issues are a challenge but can be solved. The meeting last night I fell made a lot of people start to think 'out of the box' about potential uses. Thanks |
