This is the smallest of all concept designs to date; it is a single story, single-block design. It incorporates a Hotel, several restaurants overlooking the Elk River, retail shopping and no commercial office space. This design also has a dancing water fountain, which would be in view of many rooms in the Hotel, and plenty of room for people to stand around, view the water and music which would accompany the fountain shows.
